The City of Harrisburg has declared a state of emergency due to the snowstorm. Residents are once again reminded to remove vehicles from the designated snow emergency route, or any vehicles left on the route are subject to be towed. Please help our Public Works department maintain safe passages for emergency vehicles on the designated routes. 

A list of the designated emergency routes as followed:

• Division Street from Front Street to 7th Street
• 2nd Street from Paxton Street to Division Street
• Maclay Street from Front Street to 7th Street
• 7th Street from Division Street to Fisher Plaza Street
• Walnut Street from Fisher Plaza to Front Street
• Paxton Street from Cameron to Harrisburg/Swatara Township Line
• Derry Street from Mulberry Street Bridge to Harrisburg/Paxtang Line
• Market Street from Cameron Street to 25th Street
• State Street from Fisher Plaza to Harrisburg/Susquehanna Township Line
• Herr Street from Cameron Street to Harrisburg/Susquehanna Township Line
• 17th Street from Sycamore Street to Arsenal Boulevard
• 25th Street from Market Street to Rudy Road to 29th Street
• 13th Street from State Street to Paxton Street
