On Wednesday July 9th, at about 3:00am, the Harrisburg Police responded to a report of shots fired in the 2100 block of Penn Street. Upon the arrival of officers, they located a juvenile male victim suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital and an investigation was initiated. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
