November 17, 2015- Commonwealth v Ramon Cintron: On November 17, 2015 Judge Scott Arthur Evans sentenced Ramon Cintron, 34 of Harrisburg, to three to six years in state prison for a Carrying a Firearm Without a License conviction. On June 14, 2015 Cintron was found passed out in a running car by Harrisburg Police Officer Mike Sanderson. After Sanderson noticed needle marks on Cintron’s hands, he was taken into custody and had a loaded handgun tucked in his waistband. Cintron was also found in possession of a small amount of heroin and heroin use paraphernalia. The case was prosecuted by Senior Deputy District Attorney Stephen R. Zawisky.
