April 19, 2016- Commonwealth v. Rajawn Alee Moore:  Rajawn Moore appeared in court today before Magisterial District Judge George A. Zozos for a preliminary hearing on the charges of criminal homicide, recklessly endangering another person and carrying a fitrearm without a license.  Moore is charged in the shooting death of Twame Evans which occurred on November 13, 2015, at approximately 11:20 PM.  The shooting occurred at 15th and Market Streets in the City of Harrisburg.  At the conclusion of today's hearing MDJ Zozos bound all charges over to the Court of Common Pleas for trial.  Harrisburg Police Detective Richard Iachini is the lead investigator in this case.  Chief Deputy District Attorney Johnny Baer is assigned to prosecute the case on behalf of the District Attorney's Office.

Note:  The charges against Mr. Moore are merely an accusation at this time.  Mr. Moore is presumed innocent unless and until he is found guilty in a court of law.
