Commonwealth v Maurice Whitehead: On September 24, 2015 Harrisburg resident Maurice Whitehead pled guilty to two dockets of disorderly conduct charges stemming from allegations that on two separate occasions he discharged his firearm outside his home at 3:00 a.m. while intoxicated. Whitehead, 29, also pled guilty to being in possession of a firearm by a Person Not to Possess because he had a bench warrant when he was arrested on the second incident. Officers Michael Rudy and Angel Diaz of the Harrisburg Bureau of Police were arresting officers on these respective cases.
