March 6, 2014- Commonwealth v. Michael Depugh: On March 6, 2015 defendant Michael Depugh was found guilty by a Dauphin County jury of committing theft from the Capital Car Wash, owned by Monica and the late Elijah “Quinn” Massey, over approximately four months in the summer of 2013. The defendant was an employee of the Masseys, and was convicted of stealing thousands of dollars’ worth of coins and bills from the car wash machines. The Honorable President Judge Richard A. Lewis sentenced the defendant to six to 23 months of incarceration for the thefts. This case was prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Christopher Jason.
