Reporting person stated that an unknown Hispanic male, 5’6”, thin build and a faint mustache, wearing a black t-shirt, black pants, black shoes, a black pack and a red and black baseball hat with the word “DOPEST” on the front entered the location. Once in the location the suspect was observe d concealing three bottles of Febreeze air freshener. The suspect was confronted by the manager he refused to show what was in his bag and ran from the store fleeing east bound of South Duke Street then north in an alley.

460 S DUKE ST / TURKEY HILL MINIT MARKET
OCCURRED 9/26/2016 2233 HRS
Reporting person stated an unknown Hispanic male, estimated to be in his 20's, came into the Turkey Hill at approximately 2225 hours. Upon entering the store he went into the first aisle and filled a backpack up with merchandise and fled the store and went west bound on North St. on foot. The suspect is known to have stolen from the location previously. The suspect was described as being approximately 5’9” and weighed about 180 lbs., and having light skin with tattoos on his neck and arms.

SHOTS FIRED
100 BLK. PEARL ST.
9/26/2016 2314 HRS.
Multiple calls received at 2314 hrs. all over SW area of Lancaster for shots fired. Officers responded to a residence on the 100 blk. Pearl St. as the residence had been struck by gunfire. No injuries were reported. Shell casings and bullet fragments were collected as evidence. The occupants of the home that had been damaged told Officers that the incident may have been the result of a on-going domestic situation. No charges filed as of 9/27/2016. This investigation continues.
