ROBBERY

600 BLK. N. CHARLOTTE ST.

OCCURRED 12/20/2016 1944 HRS.

The victim had just parked his vehicle along the 600 blk. N. Charlotte St. when he was approached by (3) unknown males. One male displayed a revolver and demanded the victim's car keys. The suspects were unable to start the vehicle. The suspects abandoned their robbery and fled the area on foot. Officers and Detectives from Lancaster City and Public Safety from F&M canvassed the area but did not locate the suspects. The description of the suspects was provided as:

SUSPECT 1:  B/M/15-16

                        5'7" tall, thin build, medium complexion, well spoken

                        LSW: light grey hoodie pulled tight around face, possibly wearing glasses

                        HANDGUN:  Silver revolver

SUSPECT 2:  B/M/15-16

                        LSW: hoodie (unknown color)

SUSPECT 3:  B/M/15-16

                        LSW: hoodie (unknown color)

Reporting person / victim stated that his son had taken his hand gun without his permission and taken to a party.   While the son was at the party an unknown suspect stole the handgun.

808 N SHIPPEN ST

OCCURRED 12/1/2016 BETWEEN 0800 HRS AND 2200 HRS

Reporting person / victim stated her registration plate was delivered to her residence  on December 1, 2016 by FedEx from Penn Dot.  Sometime between on the same date and between the  listed times an unknown suspect stole the registration plate from her residence.  No signature was required for the delivery.

Reporting person stated that he believes a suspect known to him stole his wallet from where he had placed it on the coffee table in the living room area.

OCCURRED 12/19/2016 0931 HRS

On the above date and times a package was delivered to a residence at the listed location.  Unknown suspect had taken the package opened and discarded in the area of East Lemon Street and East Madison St.  The opened package was later found and brought to Lancaster City Police Department and then delivered to the victims.

Reporting person / victim stated that sometime between the above listed date and times and unknown suspect(s) pried open the cash drawer and stole the cash which was in it.

OCCURRD 12/19/2016 1119 HRS

Reporting person / victim reported that UPS had delivered a package on the above listed date and time and placed it in the vestibule of the location.  When the victim went to retrieve the package, the package was no longer there.
