On Sunday June 2, 2019 at approximately 2019 hrs., Officers from Lancaster Bureau of Police Platoon B, responded to a residence on the 1st blk. Hazel St. for a report of a trespass in-progress. A neighbor called 911 because people were observed inside a residence where it was known that the resident was not present and no one else should have been inside. 

Upon arrival, Officers found (3) females inside the residence. Through the neighbor, Officers were able to make contact with the resident. The resident confirmed that no one was supposed to be in the residence and no one had been given permission to be inside. 

The (3) suspects were taken into custody for trespassing. All (3) suspects are sisters. Two of the sisters tried to tell separate Officers that their name was that of a 4th sister that was not present. Officers were able to correctly identify all (3) sisters.

Arraigned and committed to LCP in lieu of $25,000 bail

Charged with Criminal Trespass (F3), Criminal Conspiracy (Trespass)(F3), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)(M), Possession Drug Paraphernalia (M) and False ID to Law Enforcement (M3). 

Arraigned and committed to LCP in lieu of $10,000 (10%). 

All persons accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
