MOTORIST TRAVELING INTO NEWTOWN BOROUGH CAN EXPECT DELAYS AND BEWARE OF PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC. GUESTS ATTENDING THE EVENT PLEASE USE CROSSWALKS.
