Police discovered the escaped fugitive Tara Lee Fisher, 31 after searching prior known addresses. Rachelle Pilkington, 25 was captured based on information submitted by the public. Both Fisher and Pilkington were wanted in Dauphin County for escaping from work release programs. The tipster in this case provided information that led to the capture of Pilkington and is now eligible for a Crime Stoppers reward.
