On Sunday, September 6, 2015 around 8:45 PM West Shore Regional Police were on patrol at Negley Park in Lemoyne Borough for the Harrisburg Fireworks display.  Officers were dispatched for reports of a male lighting and throwing fire crackers into crowds of people.

Officers arrived to receive reports from multiple people reporting to have witnessed the male who was identified as 68-year-old David Sutton FISHEL of the 200 Block of South Fourth Street in Lemoyne throwing fireworks into the crowd. 

FISHEL was taken into custody and transported to the Cumberland County Prison to be processed on charges of Simple Assault and Recklessly Endangering Another Person. The charges were filed with MDJ Beckley's office.
