The North Middleton Township Police Department filed charges of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition and Receiving Stolen Property against John E. WECKESSER, 35 y/o of Dillsburg, PA.  WECKESSER, while employed as a technician for Paramount Pest Control stole a North Middleton Township resident's engagement ring and pawned it for his own monetary benefit.  WECKESSER was found to make several pawns of precious metals within the last 6 months while employed as a technician.  A preliminary hearing has been scheduled at District Court 09-2-01.
