Daniel NICHOLL, 20 y/o of Blain was arrested on Saturday, 12/7/2019 at 11;45 P.M.  for possession of a controlled substance.  North Middleton Township Police stopped NICHOLL operating his motor vehicle with a brake light out. After investigating, it was found that RIGGLEMAN was in possession of a controlled substance.  RIGGLEMAN was taken into custody and transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing.  A preliminary hearing will be scheduled for a future date.
