On April 18, 2019 at approximately 4:59 pm, the North Middleton Township Police were dispatched to the Fuel On for an intoxicated subject. Officers arrived on scene and located the subject, Leo Ali McGraw, 37, of Carlisle, who remained disorderly and belligerent. McGraw walked away from the Officers and ignored their commands. McGraw was taken into custody and charged with Public Drunkeness and Disorderly Conduct.
