On Thursday, Sept. 7th, 2017 @ approx. 1502 hrs, North Middleton Twp Police officers were dispatched to 200 Block of F Street in the Boro of Carlisle for an active Protection From Abuse(PFA) violation.  Salvatore Licata,  43 y/o of Shippensburg was found to be at the residence in violation of a PFA in place against Licata.  Licata was taken into custody and transported to Cumberland County Prison without incident.
