On October 9, 2021 at approximately 1145 hrs., the North Middleton Police department was dispatched to the address for a domestic involving two people.  Upon arrival, the Victim was found to have suffered injuries when she was grabbed and pushed into a plate glass window, striking her head, back and shoulder area.  The Victim fell to the ground and sustained cuts from the shattered glass.  The Victim was transported by EMS to UPMC Carlisle for injuries sustained.  The Accused was taken into custody and transported to the Cumberland County Prison.  The Victim sustained injuries about the body and internal injuries.  The Accused was charged with Aggravated Assault, Felony, and Simple Assault. Misdemeanor.   The Accused was arraigned, bail was set, and failed to make bail.  He is currently being held at the Cumberland County Prison.
