On August 24, 2018 at approximately 10:18PM, the North Middleton Township Police made a traffic stop on a vehicle for traveling 54mph on the 800 block Harrisburg Pike which is a properly posted 35mph zone. The operator was identified as Brandan T. Abdallah, 23, of Carlisle, and was found to be intoxicated. Abdallah was arrested for DUI and transported to Cumberland County Prison.
