Today, on International Women’s Day, we proudly recognize Officer Emily Breski and the dedication she brings to the New Cumberland Police Department every day.

Officer Breski joined NCPD in January 2025 after graduating from the HACC Police Academy in 2024. She has a strong background in public service, previously serving as a Cumberland County Adult Probation Officer.

Her commitment to excellence is also reflected in her education, holding two bachelor’s degrees, one from Penn State University and another from Central Penn College. 

Beyond her impressive credentials, Officer Breski is known throughout the department for always wearing a smile and bringing a positive attitude to the job. Her professionalism, dedication to the community, and support for her fellow officers make her a valued member of our team.

Today, and every day, we are proud to have Officer Breski serving our community.
