On September 1st, 2025, at approximately 12:32 am, the police department was contacted by the victim and they advised Bartlett had taken their cell phone. The victim reported Bartlett was refusing to give the phone back and changed all the victim's identifying information which was accessed through the victim's cell phone. Bartlett acknowledged having the phone during a phone conversation, but has not been able to be contacted since. A summons to Bartlett's address was not retrieved and a warrant was obtained.
