His phone was pinging near the listed location and he had advised he was walking along the "river". As I was arriving in the area, they located him at his nearby residence. I remained until they advised they were okay.

Complainant reported an unoccupied vehicle left running in the parking lot for several hours. Officers located the vehicle occupied, made contact with the operator and learned he drove to the location for some alone time. File 5 check was negative and officers cleared.
