On July 10th, 2026, at approximately 1:29 pm, the police department was dispatched to the 1100 block of Apple Drive for a vehicle having been entered. The victim advised upon entry the individual(s) pulled off the plastic around the steering column causing the vehicle to no longer start. It is believed the individual(s) may have been attempting to take the vehicle. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
