On February 23rd, 2026, at approximately 12:30 pm, the victim contacted the police department about unauthorized transactions on their credit card. The victim resides in the 200 block of East Portland Street and stated they found the transactions while looking at their statement. The victim advised all of the transaction were denied and reported to the bank. The victim has the credit card in their possession and does not know how the information was obtained. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
