On June 19th, 2026, at approximately 10:44 am, officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Mulberry Drive for a two vehicle crash in the parking lot of a business. The driver of the striking vehicle was identified as Pellman. She was found to be under the influence of alcohol to the degree she was rendered incapable of safely operating a motor vehicle. She was arrested and transported to Carlisle Hospital for a blood draw. She was eventually released to hospital staff. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
