On August 9th, 2026, at approximately 1:53 am, a traffic stop was conducted in the 300 block of West Green Street. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Hassinger. He was found to be under the influence of alcohol to the degree he was rendered incapable of safely operating a motor vehicle. It was also determined Hassinger was required to only operate a vehicle with ignition interlock installed. He was arrested and transported to the Cumberland County Prison for processing. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
