On March 25th, 2026, at approximately 5:07 pm, the police department was dispatched to the100 block of West Main Street for a domestic. Upon arrival officers met with the victim and they stated the defendant, who was later identified as Hanna, was under the influence of a substance. The victim stated, the defendant struck them multiple times and showed the officers injuries from the assault. Hanna was located, arrested and transported to the Cumberland County Prison for arraignment. He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Elizabeth Beckley and bail was set at $10,000 secure. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
