On November 23rd, 2025, at approximately 2:21 am, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of North York Street for a traffic offense. The driver was identified as Baker. He was found to be under the influence of alcohol and it was determined he was not safe to operate a motor vehicle. Baker was arrested and transported to the Cumberland County Prison. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
