UPDATE- Maria V. Martinez Garcia has been identified and a warrant has been issued for her arrest.

On August 19, 2022 around 8:30 PM, the Lower Allen Township Police Department was dispatched to Victoria's Secret in the Capital City Mall for a non-active retail theft. Store employees reported that two females worked together to steal 220 panties valued at $5,799.

The first suspect was described as a Hispanic female, 5'5", 135 lbs with brown hair in a ponytail, black t-shirt, dark blue jeans and athletic shoes. She was the main actor while the other suspect, a Hispanic female, same height, slimmer build, wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and sunglasses, acted as a look-out. They left the store around 6:30 PM and then left the Mall parking lot in a white Porsche Macan S with what appears to be a New York tag around 6:45 PM.

Anyone who recognizes these females or anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Lower Allen Township Police Department.
