On July 7th, 2026, an officer with Lower Allen Township Police Department observed a male with a motorcycle parked in the 1100 Bk of Carlisle Road. The officer stopped to speak to the male regarding the lack of registration plate displayed. The male was identified as Shawn Warner who had an active warrant for his arrest. During search incident to arrest police located numerous hypodermic needles commonly used to inject controlled substances on his person.

Warner was taken to Cumberland County Prison and charges were filed.

On September 10th, 2026, Warner failed to appear for his preliminary hearing and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
