On June 19th, 2026 at 8:42 PM, the Lower Allen Township Police Department was dispatched to New Enterprise, 205 Creek Road for trespassing. Multiple individuals had crossed no trespassing signs and were on the property. Officers made contact with the group and one of the suspects attempted to flee on foot before being apprehended by police. The suspect provided his information as "Juan Diaz". However, through investigation the suspect was positively identified as Cristian Moran Garcia. 

Moran Garcia was then transported to Cumberland County Prison and charges were filed.
