On August 31st, 2026 at 8:07 PM, an officer with Lower Allen Township Police Department was in the area of McDonalds, 1104 Carlisle Road when they observed a white male running from the area.  Shortly after another male approached him and said that male had just assaulted someone at McDonalds. The officer went to the restaurant and found an assault victim with severe injuries. 

The suspect was positively identified as Kaleb Knisley.  Knisley was located by police and taken into custody. Knisley was taken to Cumberland County Prison and charges were filed.
