UPDATE: 

As an abundance of caution, the Township will temporally be closing both southern entrance/access drives on the east and west sides that access to Adams-Ricci Park to and from East Penn Drive, as the contractor intends to mobilize restricted to bi-directional single-lane traffic around the public and park patrons from 7:00 PM on Thursday, 9/19, and 7:00 AM on Friday, 9/20.

Northbound East Penn Drive will be CLOSED at Adams-Ricci Park and will be restricted to bi-directional single lane traffic between 8:00PM on Thursday, 9/19 and 2:00AM on Friday, 9/20. There will be a 15 min. closure of ALL lanes at approximately 10:00PM to install the pedestrian crossing bridge over East Penn Dr. Please plan accordingly and use an alternate route.
