On March 25, 2019, the East Pennsboro Township Police were contacted by a female who stated that her debit card had been used in Lancaster, PA. The victim still had her card in her possession so it is unknown how the suspect obtained her card information. The individual shown in these photos used the victim's card at the Tommy Hilfiger Outlet Store in Lancaster, PA as well as at McDonald's in Lancaster.
