On September 2, 2026, a victim reported a violation of a Protection from Abuse (PFA) order at the police station.  The victim provided text messages from the suspect, which were not related to custody or the children's welfare.  The suspect admitted to sending these unauthorized texts. As a result, the suspect is being charged with violating the PFA order. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
