On July 18, 2026 at 0033hrs, the East Pennsboro Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Richland Lane, Camp Hill for an active trespassing. Officers arrived and located Tahlae Mcgill-Cruz of Harrisburg. Cruz was found to be in possession of controlled substances and appeared to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. Officers attempted to arrest Cruz when she began striking officers and injured a police officer. Cruz was transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing and arraignment. A preliminary hearing was scheduled at MDJ Sanderson's office.
