At 5:00 p.m., on Monday, November 30th, a black, male in a puffy winter coat stopped at the resident’s home to solicit construction services. The package was delivered at 5:30 p.m. and was taken at 5:32 p.m. The same person who solicited the homeowner, was seen taking the package.

Lower Allen Police are attempting to identify the subject who was soliciting for home repairs and the company he was working for.
