UPDATE - This male, Paul Foulds, is in custody. Please contact this department if you have video or photos of FOULDS, on or around your property this evening. We had reports of him being observed on a Ring camera on Locust Lane. 

Shortly after 6pm tonight, 10/06/22, the Locust Township Police Dept was dispatched to the 400 block of Evergreen Ln for a white male who unlawfully entered a home. The male is described as being in his 50's, is wearing blue jeans, a black t-shirt and bandanna on his head. The male has black hair with a ponytail. A homeowner observed the male in his yard, and he yelled at the male to leave his property. The male then opened the door to the homeowner's residence and entered, yelling at the homeowner his was a misunderstanding. The male then ran out of the door when the homeowner told him to leave and ran east on Evergreen Ln, then north into a wooded area, down the mountain. If you see this male, call 911 immediately, do not approach him.
