Our department was notified from the Montour Area Recreation Commission about a trespassing incident that occurred at the Briar Creek Park on March 28th, 2026, at 01:06 a.m.

As a reminder, Briar Creek Lake and Park are closed from dusk to dawn. Additionally, the Montour Area Recreation Commission prohibits the use of any UTV-type vehicles anywhere on the property.
