On December 9, 2021 at approximately 0135hrs, the Borough of Berwick Police Department was dispatched to the 1200 block of LeGrand Street for a report of a break-in in progress. The reporting party stated that Anthony Kulb pushed in a window to the residence.

Berwick Police Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the victim, who stated that they were sleeping in the bedroom when Kulb opened the window from the outside and tried to enter the residence. Kulb was informed that he was no longer permitted at the property.

At 0241hrs, the Borough of Berwick Police Department was dispatched back to the residence for Kulb attempting to re-enter the residence. Kulb was then taken into police custody.
