The Renovo Police Department has charged 58 year old Monica Papoutsis with 5 counts of retail theft, stemming from 5 incidents which occurred on separate days between 10/19/25 and 10/29/25 at the Puff-N-Snuff store, 700 Erie Av in Renovo.  Papoutsis stole numerous energy drinks, valued in total at $87.35, from the store on various dates.

Papoutsis has been sent 5 summonses through District Court 25-3-03.
