The Renovo Police Department has filed charges against 48 year old Mandy Cook, lastly of Lock Haven, stemming from an incident which occurred on 08/08/26 at 1343 Huron Av in Renovo Borough.  Cook illegally obtained keys to an apartment through trickery and deceipt; to an apartment which she did not legally rent and had not fulfilled the obligations to rent.  Cook began moving property into the apartment which she had no authorization and privilege to.  The owner realized this had happened within hours of it occurring, and called police. Police responded to this call and was eventually able to get Cook and others to leave the property and recover the stolen key.  Cook has been charged with criminal trespass and theft by deception through MDJ 25-3-03.
