Crash

On 06/27/25 at 1440hrs Mill Hall Police investigated a 3 vehicle crash at the 2900 Block of Eagle Valley Road, STEVEN HENRY CUMMINGS Jr was operating a 2011 Mazda traveling North, when he failed to see a stopped tractor trailer in the roadway in front of him.  The tractor trailer was stopped with its left turn signal activated attempting to turn into the Penndot yard.  CUMMINGS, not seeing the stopped tractor trailer drove his vehicle into the back of the trailer, this caused rear of CUMMINGS vehicle to come up off the roadway, turn clockwise, into the opposite lane, at the same time a 2025 Jeep was traveling south, CUMMINGS vehicle was then struck by the jeep.   The investigation revealed CUMMINGS JR was under the influence of a combination of drugs and alcohol  resulting in his arrest for DUI and operating a vehicle without a license.  Charges had been filed at Judge Wrights office.

On 07/15/25 at 1628 hrs Mill Hall Police Investigated a 1 vehicle crash in the area of the "S" turns on East Keller Street, SAMANTHA LEVINSON was operating a 2017 Mazda when she lost control of the vehicle, the vehicle went off the roadway hit an embankment causing the vehicle to roll over. The investigation  revealed LEVINSON was under the influence of alcohol resulting in her arrest for DUI and driving at safe speeds.  Charges will be filed at District Judge Kiblers office.
