As the weather gets warmer, the Mill Hall Police Department will be enforcing the Mill Hall Ordinance Section 10 subsection 101, regarding grass and weeds on residents property in the borough. This ordinance as well as all borough ordinances can be viewed online. Please take note citations can and will be filed against the property owner in violation of these ordinances via the District Court which result in fines to the property owner(s).
