Arrests:

1.  On 04-27-21, Ashley Beach, 19, Lock Haven and Jestelynn Heaton, 20, Lock Haven, were issued citations for Retail Theft for taking items from Weis Markets totaling $145.80 without paying.     

2.  A citation for scattering rubbish is being filed against John Epps Jr, 29, Lock Haven, for discarding items on private property. 

3.  On 04-27-21, a citation was issued to James Camier 30, Hazelton, for Public Drunkenness after he was found sleeping in a car port in the 600 block of E Bald Eagle St.
