Arrests:

1.  On 04-18-21 at 1:55 AM, Dakota Radford, 22, Lock Haven, was driving a vehicle and was observed turning onto the railroad tracks from W Water St instead of turning onto W Church St where he intended to turn.  Radford was found to be DUI.  Charges are being filed against Radford for DUI, Operation Following Suspension of Registration, Operation of Vehicle without an Official Certification of Inspection      

2.  On 05-06-21, Kimberly Schmidt, 61, Lock Haven, was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.  Charges are being filed against Schmidt for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
