Arrests:

1.  On 07-20-21, charges were filed against Christopher Caris, 39, Lock Haven, for Indecent Assault and Harassment for an incident that occurred on 06-18-21 in a store in the 10 block of E Main St. 

2.  On 07-12-21, charges were filed against Scott Killinger, 49, Lock Haven, for Endangering the Welfare of a Child for not obtaining proper medical care for a child.
