Incidents:

Theft – On September 2, 2024, it was reported that a license plate was stolen from a vehicle in the area of 600 block of E. Bald Eagle St.

Criminal Mischief – On October 17, 2024, at approximately 11:40pm, an apartment door in the 700 block of E. Bald Eagle St was egged.

Hit and Run – Between October 13, 2024, and October 18, 2024, a vehicle was hit while in the parking lot of 300 Foundation Dr and no information was left by the striking vehicle.

Hit and Run – Between October 18, 2024, and October 19, 2024, a vehicle parked in the 200 block of Susquehanna Ave was hit and no information was left by the striking vehicle.

Theft – Between October 18, 2024, and October 20, 2024, signs were stolen from a yard in the 10 block of S. Summit St.

Offenses Charged:

1. Guy Mase, 57, Lock Haven, was arrested for Retail Theft. On October 3, 2024, at approximately 11:50am, Mase look two pairs of pants and five long sleeve shirts from the Goodwill Store without paying for the items.
