News Release

July 18, 2022

Incidents:

1.  Theft – A bicycle was stolen from the 300 block of E Bald Eagle St between 07-12-22 and 07-13-22. 

Offenses Charged:

1.  Samuel Zuback Jr, 38, Blanchard, was charged with Criminal Trespass.  Zuback was found on Clinton County Housing Authority property after he was notified that he is not permitted to be on the property.

2.  Heidi Barto, 38, Lock Haven, was arrested for a PFA violation for contacting the plaintiff in the PFA when Barto is prohibited from doing so.    

3.  Chase Council, 30, Lock Haven, has been charged with Resisting Arrest and Public Drunkenness.  On 07-01-22, Council was in the 600 block of Woods Ave running through yards yelling that people were after him and to call the police.  Council was under the influence of drugs and was exhibiting paranoid behaviors.  Council was taken into custody and resisted arrest.
