News Release

July 6, 2023

Incidents:

Crash – On June 27, 2023, at 1:19pm, there was a crash at the intersection of W. Bald Eagle St and Commerce St. Unit 1 failed to yield the right of way after stopping at the intersection to Unit 2 who had no stop sign. Both vehicles drove away from the scene.

Criminal Mischief – On July 1, 2023, at 12:51pm, it was reported that someone had damaged the bicycle at Triangle Park.

Offenses Charged:

1. Toby Polus, 49, Lock Haven, was arrested for Criminal Mischief. On June 18, 2023, at 10:45pm, Polus intentionally accelerated his vehicle into another vehicle in a parking lot causing $1891.56 in damage to the other vehicle.
2. Joshua Cummings, 29, Lock Haven was cited for public drunkenness. On July 7, 2023, at 3:49am, Cummings was found passed out in the area of the 10 block of S. Hanna St. Cummings was intoxicated at the time.
3. Gabriella Seigfried, 23, New Port, was arrested for Theft and Criminal Mischief. On July 2, 2023, Seigfried went to an apartment that she was moving out of, took a flag valued at $10 that did not belong to her and damaged property. The total damage done by Seigfried was $445.00.
