January 9, 2025
Incidents:
Hit and Run – On November 22, 2024, at approximately 12:00pm, there was a hit and run to an occupied vehicle in the area of W. Fourth St and N. Fairview St.
Theft – On December 19, 2024, two e-bikes were stolen from a porch in the 10 block of N. Fairview St.
Theft – Between December 12, 2024, at 1:00pm, and December 20, 2024, at 0930, a package was stolen from the mail area of 11 S. Jones St.
Criminal Mischief – Between December 19, 2024, at 7:00pm and December 20, 2024, at 12:00am, a door was damaged at an apartment in the 10 block of N. Jones St.
Theft – Between December 24, 2024, at approximately 6:00pm and December 25, 2024, at 7:30am, a scooter was stolen from a residence in the 200 block of E. Main St.
Crash – On December 29, 2024, at approximately 10:30am, there was a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of E. Church St and N. Vesper St. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
Hit and Run – On December 31, 2024, at approximately 11:00am, a vehicle parked in a parking lot in the 10 block of Bellefonte Ave was damaged.
Criminal Mischief – On January 2, 2025, between 12:00pm and 3:00pm, a rock was thrown through the window of an RV parked in the 100 block of S. Highland St.
Offenses Charged:
- A 11-year-old female, Lock Haven, was arrested for Stalking, Intimidation of Witness or Victim, Cyber Harassment of a Child, and related crimes. Between August 5, 2024, and October 16, 2024, the juvenile female, engaged in multiple physical altercations with the victim and sent multiple digital communications threatening harm and disparaging the victim, a 12-year-old female.
- Amerie Reinbold, 21, Renovo, was arrested for Aggravated Assault. On November 26, 2024, at approximately 5:00pm, Reinbold bit a security officer at UPMC Lock Haven causing injury to the officer.
- Sara Delasol, 45, Lock Haven, was arrested for Obstructing Emergency Services. On December 3, 2024, at approximately 12:00pm, Delasol stood across the street from the Lock Haven EMS building and was shouting at crews while they were attempting to respond to an emergency call, delaying their response.
- David Glossner, 46, Lock Haven, was arrested for Terroristic Threats and Disorderly Conduct. On January 2, 2025, at approximately 11:00am, Glossner threatened to kill the victim and struck the victim in the leg with a wheelchair.
- Malachi Fantaski, 25, Lock Haven, was cited with Harassment. On January 6, 2025, at approximately 12:00am, Fantaski grabbed the victim during an argument while she was attempting to leave.
